Can I use Refundid if I placed my order with Klarna, ZipPay or Afterpay?Updated a month ago

Refundid works will all payment gateways. This means that you can still receive an instant refund with Refundid even if you originally purchased your item with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) e.g. Afterpay, Zip Pay, or Klarna.

Simply follow the usual Refundid process to receive an instant refund with frank green. Please note, when using the Refundid platform your payments with your BNPL service will not be automatically cancelled. Please note that the refund will not resolve any outstanding Buy Now Pay Later payments, so you will be required to pay any remaining installments to your Buy Now Pay Later provider.
