Where can I find my tracking number?Updated 13 hours ago

If you have placed an order with us, you can always check the status of your order by logging into your frank friends account.

1. Log in to your account

To log in to your account, select the person icon in the top right corner or head to Accounts.

2. View your previous orders

Once logged in, you will see a list of all your previous orders.

3. Check your order details

Select the relevant order number to view your order details. Here, you will see your Shipping Status. If your order has shipped, you can also find your Australia Post tracking number here.

Please note, once your order is dispatched, you’ll also receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number specific to your order.
