Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. 

Under the Australian consumer law, frank green will repair, replace or refund (wholly/partially) items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty. Proof of purchase is required.

To make a claim under the 12 month warranty, you must notify frank green in writing, provide a proof of purchase and sufficient photographic or video evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue.
