What is frank green's warranty policy?Updated a month ago

Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. 

Under the Australian consumer law, frank green will repair, replace or refund (wholly/partially) items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note, warranty is void if the product shows signs of wear and tear, has been incorrectly cleaned/used or cared for.

To make a claim under the 12 month warranty, you must notify frank green in writing, provide a proof of purchase and sufficient photographic evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue.
