My straw lid is difficult to use.Updated a year ago

Sometimes you might need to push the mouthpiece all the way back until it clicks into place. This can be a little difficult with new products, but with regular use, it will become much easier!

Please note the straw lid is not designed to be used upside down with the sipper open.
