My order appears to have been lost!Updated a month ago

If your order has not been delivered within our allocated shipping times or your unique tracking link is showing the package as delayed for a long period of time, please contact our friendly customer experience team via our contact form or live chat! 

Our team will be able to take the next steps by lodging an investigation with the carrier to obtain some more information for you. 

From that point, if your parcel is deemed to be 'lost in transit', we will be able to provide a replacement or process a full refund.  

Please note: Each claim is assessed directly by our team and reviews thoroughly in order to provide a timely resolution. Any carrier updates may take 3-5 business days.
