Is my frank green reusable odour and stain resistant?Updated 9 months ago

All frank green cups are made to be odour and stain resistant, but we understand that sometimes things might not feel right. 

Our products come straight out of production and should be washed thoroughly before use. There will be an initial new parts smell when your product has been sealed for a long period. If you notice a light smell after use, we find the best way to combat this outside of rinsing after use is to soak in a bicarbonate and vinegar solution overnight every so often, which tends to neutralise any smells that could occur. Lemon juice and water is also another great approach. 

Over time Tritan can become porous, as all plastic products do, and so you may notice a slight smell of what you usually drink from your frank green. Ceramic lining can have a peculiar smell, when you are unaccustomed to it, this is completely normal and does not affect the flavour of your beverage.
