How long will my frank green cup or bottle stay hot or cold?Updated a year ago

Your frank green reusable's temperature retention will depend on which of product you have purchased!

Due to the vacuum-sealed insulated technology of our Ceramic range, it should keep your drinks hot or cold at a controlled temperature for a period of time. For the best heat retention, keep your lid on and the button closed unless drinking. This is the perfect cup for the traveling sippers of the world that like to make a hot cuppa and take it with them in their bag for sipping at their destination.

There are a lot of variables in relation to how hot the liquid in your reusable is to comfortably hold it. We don't recommend pouring boiling water straight into our cups (it's recommended that the temperature of the drink is not more than 65 degrees) and obviously a 'long black' can be quite hot sometimes. How long it stays hot also depends on the volume of the drink, the temperature of your initial beverage, and how often you release the seal by opening and drinking from your frank green.

For our Original range, we expect these ranges will keep drinks hot or cold for slightly longer than a single-use cup, and for a long black in a single-use cup, often you need two of these in order to hold it comfortably.

You will notice that the difference in material means that temperature retention will be different. We expect these ranges to keep drinks hot or cold for slightly longer than a single-use cup. So if you're a fast drinker - these ranges are for you!

Please take note that we caution against using any of our cups or bottles with liquids that are hotter than 65 degrees.
